The Transmar staff now includes experienced Chinese-born consultants. These consultants are vastly experienced and knowledgeable about the Chinese hydrocarbon and engineering construction scene, and are well introduced in political circles. By way of illustration, Transmar is now capable of the following type of assignments:

• Evaluation of the capabilities, performance and workloads of major Chinese research institutes, engineering companies and construction yards.
• Selecting the right Chinese joint venture partner.
• Selecting the right Chinese manufacturer for equipment that you want to manufacture locally.
• Assessing the strategy and organization of any of the four major Chinese petroleum companies, or any of the major Chinese engineering or petroleum service companies.
• Conducting targeted visits of particular Chinese companies or facilities.
• Market studies of specific Chinese markets (e.g., the demand for mud-pumps or casing or ceramic liners, etc.).
